Singing Bowl

Feeling a bit under the weather today so didn't venture out for my usual Blipwalk.... and because sometimes it's just lovely to wander about the house looking more closely at the objects i see every day for a potential still life shot, which i must admit is always a contemplative activity!
This Tibetan Singing Bowl is used most morning (well maybe 3 out of 7!!) when Terry and i do a sitting meditation.... it has a beautiful sound when touched.
