Wednesday 12 December 2012: Shocking
Today was the last of three "stoßwellentherapie" (extracorporeal shockwave therapy in English). Now we have a break over Christmas before the doc checks the progress of my hurty heel in January, it will be nice to be able to walk without wondering if it's going to hurt.
