Our last day!

Our final day and altho i would miss the beautiful weather, the ocean and all that we experienced, we were both ready to head home!

So we were taken to the airport at 6pm, long line ups for check in and security....but our plane took off at 10.30 pm right on time.   Four and half ours later, we arrived at a rather chilly Halifax airport.   by the time we got to our hotel room it was around 4am!   We slept till around 10am and then had a lovely, uneventful drive home....first time in all the years we're headed south, we're usually dealing with some weather catastrophe....i was so very grateful i tell you.

home around 5pm and a lovely welcome from Richard and Chance....and i was champing at the bit for something kinda spicy for dinner - the food is just fine at the resort and lots of it, just a bit on the plain side....so i made a lovely chicken curry!

It was lovely to sleep in my own bed....with the electric blanket on!!!
