Caramel custodian

The chocolate-coated salt caramels have finally emerged from the skilled hands of the resident confectioner (pictured in a couple of my recent blips) after a midnight enrobing session. The larder now hosts several kilos of chocolate 'couverture' and we can all anticipate gaining a bit of extra weight ourselves.

Fred is casting a watchful eye over the caramels and is no doubt aware of their cream content but his interest in keener where salami skins are concerned!
