Cleaning out the septic tank

An important job in these parts for those of us who have septic tanks!  Thankful for the work these guys do.
We both got haircuts today. Mine is shorter than it has been for awhile, but that's good for warmer weather. 
After spending a couple of hours with the Italian (G) and the Frenchman (the barber/hairdresser), my ears are ringing!! Always interesting discussions when we see Sylvain.  :-)
Extras: 
There's a beautiful garden where Sylvain lives and has his business. I took a shot of a rhodo with a honey bee or a wasp - not sure which. I think a wasp though. Can you spot it? Identify it?
I took a photo of a heron but had to really crop it. One of these days I'm going to get a good shot of one. Yes I am.
