A relatively short clearance session at WorMa's over lunchtime today as there's not much left to do now, we're down to arranging visits from salesrooms, charities and getting things like Energy Performance Certificates prior to sale.....probate is due in a couple of weeks so everything is fitting together nicely. Plenty of time for things to go pear-shaped of course ;-)
