The Hoover Bird

The Hoover Bird is back, clearing up beneath the elder tree. Strange how the pecking order works, all the little guys flew away at his approach but the blackbird was undisturbed..a size thing I guess. We haven't seen the pheasant since March but he's probably been keeping his head down. Do you think he has to suffer for his vanity? (I'm sure that must be a cue for a song?!)
