Back On The Bikes

Took our first bike ride of the New Year on the Levels which, as you can see, are still pretty sodden. Other than that, a day of catching up on jobs around the house.

Many thanks for your kind and encouraging comments on yesterday's experiment. Will try to venture further than the back door next time!

Meant to mention that the tree had played host yesterday to a small but excitable flock of long-tailed tits, the first time I've seen any in the garden. Needless to say, they'd made their excuses and left before I could get the camera out.
