Glencoe

The day started with dreadful rain and we decided to take it slowly and head off later after midday.
We looked a bit  more at yesterday's photos and went for a hearty fish bowl at William.
Then we got packed and ready to drive the 2 hours to Glencoe.
the wether was supposed to get better at 4 pm although I knew the light would not be perfect at that time of the day, we wanted to at least give it a try.
We arrived in the glen just after four and found luckily the location I was looking for quite easily.
We climbed up with all the clothes and gear, which was exhausting although it was not too far to carry.
Up on the hill we created out "base camp" and started shooting. It was windy, rained occasionally and it was not easy to control the gear and keep the light stand from being blown over all the time.
However, we had a lot of fun and Pe was a very tough girl,  modelling in an adverse weather situation with not quite outdorsy outfits.
when it was getting too windy and wet we packed together and walked back to the car in order to explore more opportunities on the way back.
We drove into Glen Etive and found another place to shoot. This time we used another dress we got from the charity shop yesterday.
This time it was proper wet and windy, but we managed :).
We headed back to Glasgow only around 8 pm.
Neil suggested to meet at Paesano for pizza and thats what we did.
After the food we carried the valuable gear and clothes back up, had a tea and a quick look through the shots before we fell to bed.

Blipping one of the Glencoe shots.
The ghostly Glen Etive is in the extra. It's not quite there yet, I probably need to run it again through Photoshop to add some more mystery. But I love that it looks like she is about to leave the ground!
