Dining at the Savoy

Take half a Savoy cabbage. Chop it up. Bung it in a wok with a big splash of olive oil, a good teaspoon of Chiu Chow chilli oil, a bit of garlic and the juice from half a lime. Don't forget to cook it. I think you'd like it... especially you with the hat.
