Paphos

Yay! Lost property claimed! Happy to have all three items back in my possession, though it wasn't exactly plain sailing as only one item was handed back initially. We couldn't park outside the airport so Mrs Tuttle went in first. Lost in translation perhaps? We did a swap: I popped in whilst Mrs Tuttle waited in the car/drove around. This time a different woman "had a look" in the back and came out with the other two items. Crazy? Dodgy? Shady? Either way, all sorted.

Since we were in Paphos, we headed into the city harbour and enjoyed the sights. In a more upbeat mood of course. Though the heat was becoming a thing of an unbearable barrier. At 34°C plus it is something we need to get used to. However we ate lunch in the harbour under a breezy shade and enjoyed food, drink and the commotion of the locals. More good news: we found a Lidl. Shopped for food then headed off back to the villa.

The two extra pictures were taken from the top of a water container in the early hours this morning. The views, totally stunning all over. Shall be making regular morning walks over the next fortnight.

And to top off the day, we were presented with a rather lovely sunset.....
