Erm yes that's " final thoughts" as in the last page in my book rather than my final thoughts in some quasi suicidal note ( although I did look a but desperate and sad in the 7-11 shop this evening with a microwave meal for one and a pack of razor blades.. had to put the meal back on the shelf !)
