Get wet feet

During the flooding this entire landing stage by Porthill Bridge was completely submerged. Please check out the flood debris still attached to the handrail on the left and also the tree that's floated downstream and become stranded in the middle of the river.

This evening I'm off to Coventry to see the Sky Blues do battle with Preston North End in the Football League Trophy (which sounds much more impressive that its other title - Johnstone's Paint Trophy).
