Always A Dull Moment

Here's a back-blip from a long day of work. Here I've filled holes and cracks in the old plaster walls; spray-primed the radiator. After the shot I scraped, sanded and primed the pocket doors and window frames with a grey oil-base. It was grey only by coincidence but the customers liked the color so much that they want to change the color plan of the room. Until now the choice was the yellow at bottom right (behind the broom) with white trim.

The pocket doors (so called because they slide into the wall) are salvaged, but I'm not sure whether they came from this, or another house. This century-old Victorian twin has aged pretty well but has also lost some of its original features, including a fireplace (just out of this frame) that has been obliterated into a blank wall.

I'll probably re-blip this living room when it's finished.
