Who remembers Stanley Gibbons albums, a cellophane envelope full of used foreign stamps and those folded over little gummed strips to stick them in with?
I loved it when I was a kid - it's the sort of interest that could enlighten you more than a bloody Nintendo DS ever would. I think I was encouraged by my dad whose album this was. I did try to discover it's value via the Internet but it was beyond my philatelic knowledge, which you could write on the back of a... er... what are those little pictures called that you stick onto envelopes?
