Twix 2056 hr (Thursday 12th March 2020)

Believe it or not, this is how this Siamese stranger announced himself to the Old Forge study. Not only did he jump onto this table, he also tried to climb some CD shelving, did a tour of the study and sat on the windowsill where I have often blipped Smokey. He showed no fear of me and allowed me to handle him. I was rather charmed, but from Smokey's sustained growling from my desk, where he was watching proceedings, it was clear he viewed the charm offensive completely differently.

Eventually I picked him up and put him out, but that did not stop him returning two or three times that night, including a visit to the living room. Something tells me we haven't seen the last of him. I have called him Twix.
