In the quest for the next blip and spending too much time looking up into the heavens and trees and not enough on the next step, I came a cropper on a carpet of gumnuts on to not very forgiving, hard ground.
A few cuts, bruises and sore ribs -but thankfully no broken bones or teeth (blimey not after all the recent dentist visits!)- and creaked off to the pharmacy for a tube of Arnica and the neighbouring dvd store for a for the tlc collection.

Watched '360' today (excellent) and have Dame H to look forward toting guns alongside Malkovich, Freeman and Willis in an action comedy no less! and a couple of interesting others in the pack.
A good excuse..the heat and gumnut gashes..to curl up in the cool with an ice pack, icy drink and arnica.
