Up and down...

...Eiderdown that is. It was a pretty choppy day on the Clyde but this colourful male eider duck didn't seem perturbed in the slightest, he just floated around on the waves.
The picture was taken at Largs. It was pretty blowy so was pleased to get such a clear shot.
