400% price increase

The blip is another solar powered Christmas decoration which I bought today as it seems to be the same Thomas the two I blipped a couple of days ago which I bought last year. I was in a local gift shop to buy a card and spotted this. I did buy it despite it costing £3.99 , a 400% increase! It looks as if it came from the same factory.
When a I took it out of the packet it nearly fell apart, the front panel fell off. Not amused. However I took it apart and managed to get it all back together and working as it would be tedious to have to take it back to the shop.
