Yours to buy for £9000?

Today I blipped this outside Hampton Court! I looked on the website of rkcestates which sells red telephone boxes, some I think already have sites in busy streets. This one is priced at £9000 but not on that site . The price for some of the London ones are £60,000! I presume they are ones that can be used fo coffee kiosks etc.
