.... which I would not have noticed had David not been driving. 

This morning we had skinned part way up our local piste above Villars but the snow was so thin and frozen with rocks sticking out, we caught the train down. With no snow forecast for next week, those of you who are sad not to be coming to the Alps this Christmas, well, maybe you wouldn’t have had good conditions.
