On the twenty fourth day of Christmas

I made twelve spelt banana muffins and twelve mincemeat soufflés. I also made the stuffing, the pigs in blankets, the stock, sausage rolls and prepared the turkey for the oven. And then I’ve checked the timings of how long everything will take to cook so that I can get it all on the table at the right time.

It’s going to be a very strange Christmas for so many. Sending my love to everyone.
