Hitchin' a ride

We woke to see a (light) snowy ground outside, but later the sun popped out, so I rushed to the garden with the boys to do a bit of digging and clearing. I would have stayed longer, but was forced back indoors partly by heavy hailstones, but mostly by the (much anticipated, minutes being counted etc.) arrival of Rohan's friend to play.
Oh, and much to my disappointment, Luka has still to get over his eating mud phase. I thought we were safe this year. But he did eat less, I suppose.
