On the turn

P's hyacinths have finally bloomed, but their growth is stunted and they have very quickly started to decay. Still, their scent and lovely colour have given great pleasure.

The annual Celtic Connections festival starts tonight, with concerts and workshops being streamed online under the current restrictions. I'm looking forward to booking several events using the pass that Lulabel gave me for Christmas.
