Scaffolding in Progress

Old friends Ellie and Carl arrived from Oakland, California late this morning, and as a result I didn't get out till late on a brief errand with them this afternoon. So blipportunities were a bit thin, and this is the best I can offer. Two floors of the scaffolding have been in place directly across the street for weeks but now its clearly going higher.

In large you get a view of the cyan-colored bicycle I blipped a week ago, as well as further up the street the bulletin board of the Mairie (town hall) of our local 13th arrondissement, with low-grade graffiti above it.
