Lenten Lily

The garden is starting to come alive today. A beautiful warm day with spring sunshine. The first of the primroses and these lovely purple flowers. I cannot remember the correct name but I know them as Lenten Lilies. They come up in big clumps which stay evergreen after the flowers have lost their colour.
