it’s what i’m doing

after getting my 1st covid - vaccine jab yesterday - for which i am very grateful - i needed to take a moment - i found that although - i was excited over getting it - it also brought with it - a certain amount of nausea - a very sore arm - headache and extreme tiredness - i was anticipating this - since i don’t respond - the way others might with shots

so i haven’t over reacted - just taken things slowly - and resorted to a pastime - i enjoy and have leaned - into a scripture which - speaks to me

“be still, and know that i am god.” psalm 46:10

for me as a christ follower - that simply says it all - and really very much makes it...
