The best people

Not even three weeks in to my knitting journey and two of my lovely knitting friends bought me all the wool I need to make my own jumper. I'd mentioned it as a future goal but certainly wasn't expecting this as a birthday gift. Another knitting friend bought me the DK knitting book. Between them this might just be a possibility.

They've found me a beautiful pattern, simple and also had a tutorial with pictures and links to explanations of the more complex bits. I explored other patterns but when you don't know how to read them it all seems so complex.

Cycled K home today. Felt exhausted and when I looked on Strava, I'd cycled 40 miles this week, no wonder!
