Ouch!

Today a mixture of lack of sleep due to a couple of nights of pain from pulling muscles whilst sneezing and then the side effects of steroids, got the better of me.

Making a pot of tea, I completely missed the teapot. I thought I should clear it up so I went to pick up the teapot by it's too handle... Whilst I was still pouring water in to it!

15 minutes under running water and 15 more in a cold jug of water there is thankfully just blistering at the nailbeds but all fingers rather sensitive!
