Enjoying a spot of fishing

Although the water tumbles rather violently over the weir the water in that stretch of the White Cart in Pollok Park is fairly shallow. When the water level is low and the shingle bank is exposed it's a popular spot for dogs and the occasional kayaker. No shingle bank today but you can see that the water level is pretty low.
