... As proven .. Marley lies down to catch his breath and I go in for the arty photo only to have Sadie LOOM at me.
Ohhh my I warned you that the summer has been and gone didn't I !! Huh,huh ?? It's been minging outside today ... At least the pooches don't mind too much especially when one has a pink frisbee !

Now don't laugh ...but I have purchased a healthy eating magazine .. Sorry no that was worded wrong,it's not the magazine that healthy eats .. That would be me .. The magazine is to explain how ..
I am not confident, as whilst I read it I ate a cream egg and a packet of crisps ;)
