Époisses de Bourgogne

Not at all like Camembert and from the Burgundy region of France (rather than from Normandy).

It's very lovely right now so Duncan and I enjoyed some (a tiny bit for him because although he loves it I'm never sure how his delicate tummy will respond to the bacteria). Extra of him looking very keen :-)
