A good day in the studio!

Spent the afternoon working on slab pieces! This means i roll out the clay with a rolling pin....yup, just like pastry.....but not so tasty!!! then i play around with all these lovely stamps i have....it's a very different rhythm to creating pieces on the fast spinning wheel! It's a little slower, more contemplative i guess....but i do spend a lot of time jumping around while listening to more of my guilty pleasure music....today was Shania Twain.....

Also had Jan Arden playing...seems like it was a Canadian Music afternoon. Not too shabby at all!
