I rediscovered the black and white button on my phone. It really changes the way you compose a shot. Very different than converting something to b&w when you get home. I remember this from film days. Seeing in black and white, seeing in color, seeing in different rectangles and squares. I was thinking it would be an interesting challenge to explore this for a month, just wander around in mono for awhile and see what happens. Maybe.
