Sally Mair - Loving life

By Sallymair

Nooooooooooo!

This morning I went to church where our service was offered in memory of the sister of a member of our congregation who died in Sunday in South Africa. When I came out I went across to the charity shop across the road and was appalled to see this display of Christmas cards. The member of staff who was there agreed but said she'd actually sold some to several customers. The schools are not even back after the summer yet!
We went out to Port Soon today and picked up some fresh haddock which we had for dinner, delicious, there is just no comparison with what is available in supermarkets.
Dropped off a card at Kathryn's for her to take to the nursery to say thank you to the staff for all they have done for both of our girls. I also left a card for Isobel wishing her a happy last day.
The weather today has been mixed. A warm sunny morning and early afternoon, the rain started just before tea time and it's been off and on since then. Beautiful sky at sunset though.
Keep safe everybody, all is definitely beginning to feel more normal, we just need to keep being careful
