Day 4 Another Busy Day

Kept busy today working on our piece of work.
Learning some embroidery techniques such as couching. This technique should be useful for me and my ideas for my piece.
Adding more of our dyed pieces very much like painting with fabric.
My final piece is starting to take shape inspired by my love of standing stones. Still a lot of work to do.
My image shows dyed pieces which are made of silk and are the discarded pieces of silk spinning. They really take up the dyes
My extra shows the handle of Jen's mangle which serves as a printing press.
