A Whale of a Birthday!

We joined friends early this morning to ride a whale watching boat and saw many gray whales, some seals and a loon. We saw the spouting, the whale bodies and then the fin as they dove. It was breathtaking for us all and made for a perfect happy birthday DAY.

I want to thank all the blippers who also wished me a happy day and the emails and cards and calls from my son and his wife, friends and family. Quite a spectacular day:) Thanks for the lovely comments on the last images too...gob smacked as blipper Rainie would say! Happy Easter to those who celebrate and to the rest a wonderful Sunday of Peace!
