Celebrity visit!

The ward was visited today by James Toseland (2004 and 2007 world super bike champion) and his wife the singer Katie Melua! James is a patron of the Children's Hospital Charity and visits every year on Easter Sunday. We chatted to both James and Katie who were lovely and easy to talk to.Katie signed Rafi's cast and James kindly posed for my blip.
Kiera brought her owl cake onto the ward to share with the patients,families and nursing staff , it was yummy!
I have been blipping for a year now and my 'one year ago' blips appear at the bottom of the screen. This day last year I blipped a lovely picture of Rafi.
