Portrait of Parsley

Some of these things ended up on our dinner plates, and some are for breakfast.  All of it came from the garden except the persimmon. It's the last one of the year, from the farmers' market. We have some puree stashed in the freezer, but it's not as good as a nice tender/crisp chunk of whole fruit.

Knitting group met outside. I'm so glad it's warm enough to get together. I proceeded to rip out about four inches of hat that I managed to screw up. Should have taken a picture of me covered in strands of wriggly twisty yarn. I will start again, but I'm just not that interested in knitting right now. I haven't ripped out more things than I've completed, but it's getting close. And how many scarves can a person wear anyway?
