Tulips in the compost

These are the tulips that Ridgeback13 brought to my house on 24th January. They have done well, and even look beautiful in the compost bin!

Today was a classic 'I'm not supposed to be working but there is too much to do' day. In the end I got through quite a lot, but I would much rather have been writing my journal article.

Late afternoon I popped to the hairdressers for a trim. I was amused that there was a 75/25% split of ginger/non-ginger in the salon when I arrived. It's rare that we outnumber the rest of the population in this way!

Exercise today: 50 minutes on the exercise bike.
