Free Thinking

Our sculpture at work which is pretty fitting considering am at the " Ok really really need to avoid last minute panic by getting on with writing my portfolio now" Stage . I did a load of reading today and the thoughts are all there, it's just a question of writing in some sort of order . ....

Another deadline looming is the triathlon on Sunday . 5 more sleeps . Had a training run tonight and a motivational text chat from my friend ( who is expected to win the event ) . His motto is
" Smash it or fuck off "
