Japanese cherry

Now that the snow and the frost seem to be giving us a break, I have started to tidy up the garden.

There is NO sign of any ladybirds, unfortunately.

The trees, including the apple, are showing NO sign of life.

And the magnolia is stubbornly only furry buds.

I brought two Japanese cherries in tubs when I moved four years ago. One of them has survived yet another winter, but is seriously late.

I think we just have to hope that things will improve rapidly.

Enjoy your Wednesday
