Diglis

It was back to Worcester this morning for another viewing, this time in the canal area of Diglis. The place was canalside near the basin, not so close to Emma's but a nice walk into town along the riverside, when it's not flooded.

I think we prefer yesterday's house, though this has now gone to sealed bids, our offer to be in by 11am tomorrow. 

There is a nice pub by the canal basin, The Anchor Pub & Kitchen.  We stopped off for a coffee and a spot of lunch whilst we were in the neighbourhood. 

Diglis is a redeveloped area comprising modern apartments and houses, many of the flats being in what were original dockland buildings.  The photo shows one such conversion, the Old Mill House.
