Aqueduct and viaduct.

Kat was working today so before we set off home I gave her a lift to work.  While near the Water of Lieth I took this shot from the visitors centre.  The nearest "bridge" is the aqueduct carry ing the Union Canal over the water of Leith.  The one just visible through the arch carries the railway.

By the time I was back at the caravan site Clickychick had talked to reception about getting the caravan off the soggy ground.  "Give us a ring when you are ready and we will send a tractor".  So we called and a tractor duly turned up.  Their first comment was "we will have to go for the smaller tractor".   Smaller! said Clickychick.  "This one only has a hook at the back we need one with a ball".  I assume they had come expecting to use chains to drag one of the massive mobile homes to the road.

We were soon on solid ground hitched up and had a trouble free run back down to the Lake District.
