Boston Marathon Bombing conflicting reports

CNN reported an individual identified from video analyzed by the FBI was arrested in the Boston Marathon Bombing.

This has now been reported as a conflicting report. They have an enhanced video photo of an individual planting the second bomb, no arrest.

Frame 11 clearly shows our family members escaping the scene. T's sister is in the white shirt surrounded by T's niece & nephew. The children, her great nieces are ahead, little E in a turquoise jacket.
