TINO

Still feeling a bit yukky but made the effort to go to Asda this morning. Back to bed this afternoon for a couple of hours. Have had something to eat too but didn't really enjoy it - got no appetite ( might be good for this weeks weight loss! )

My blip shows Tino on top of a high shelf - I have had to take all the ornaments off it as he loves to jump up there- and he's a bit of a " bull in a china shop " . In this shot he is getting ready to chase his tail - he's crackers.
