Fledgling

I spent several hours outside today cleaning moss off the front driveway - hard but satisfying work in the sunshine. 
For todays 30 DW  I was accompanied by the magpie fledgling I found in the front garden yesterday - it wandered all over our and the neighbours garden wheeling for its parents which were keeping a beady eye on it. Both kittens spotted it so they are now housebound till the situation resolves - they aren’t pleased !
