Birthday couple

Today Max and Minnie are 6 years old. They are celebrating in their usual fashion by playfighting with gusto, racing around, tripping each other up, biting ears and faces and pinning each other down. Just like any brother and sister then.

It doesn't seem that long since they were born. Their mum Holly eshewed the cardboard box lined with comfy bedding I'd prepared, in favour of the leather chesterfield in the lounge. We were up all night with her as it was her first and only litter and she was not a young dog, but it was an amazing experience and well worth it. Happy birthday guys.
