Hills

I ran to running club tonight. We then had both a hill and a speed session. We went for a trail run up Arthur's Seat then did speed work outside Holyrood Palace. This is the group almost at the top of Arthur's Seat.

I'm not sure why, but I wasn't feeling too good. I felt ridiculously unfit. I know that's not possible. Maybe it was the hills, maybe it was the speed work, maybe I'm not fully recovered yet...I don't know. I just wasn't feeling it today :(

Perhaps I'll perk up later. Perhaps I need a break. We'll see!
