I needed this...

It's been too many weeks since i noodled about with paint....so with the kiln cooling i have had a day to myself!   Started putting down paint on the pieces i began here.   It's almost guaranteed to be rubbish for the first 2-3 times...so won't show them here......this one is starting to get somewhere...but again, it's only the start!  

Another hot one....Laura and I are heading into Baddeck for some groceries and to have dinner out!   She's been working hard weeding and thinning in the garden....and well - you know what i've been up to!!!  So we deserve dinner out!!!
